Les gens de Chapters

Originaire d’Alsace, Sébastien Geber commence son apprentissage chez Antoine Westermann au Buereheisel *** à Strasbourg avant de partir dans le sud près de Nice dans un palace * qui lui ouvrira les portes de l’Irelande chez Patrick Guilbaud ** et Kevin Dundon Dunbrody House Hotel.

C’est durant ces années qu’il rencontre la merveilleuse Roisin et le destin les envoie dans ce petit village de Montolieu et un nouveau Chapters commence ….

“Chapters” repose sur leur charme, leur savoir-vivre, leur passion pour la gastronomie et le désir de faire plaiser à ceux qui vivent autour d’eux.

Utilisent les produits frais et locaux de l’Occitanie et servie avec l’accueille Irlandaise.

It was during these years that he met the wonderfull Roisin and destiny sent them to this charming village of Montolieu and a new Chapter began….

Using fresh, local produce from Occitanie and served with Irish hospitality.
